Civil Partnership Legality - The Signing

  Your Civil Partnership Signing
What you need to do, when and where

Your Civil Partnership SIGNING has three compulsary elements -

- LOCATION as it must be a in Registry Office or Registered Premise.

- CONTENT as it can only include particular wording and has to be secular (non-religious and non-spiritual in wording and content).

- PERSONNEL as it can only be held by a Registrar.

If you have your Civil Partnership CEREMONY along with your SIGNING in a Registry Office these same limitations will apply.

So why not choose a legal Civil Partnership Signing
following by a FLEXIBLE Civil Partnership CEREMONY?

If you choose to have me hold your Civil Partnership Ceremony I would recommend that you have your Civil Partnership Signing first at the Registry Office, then your Ceremony separately at the location of your choosing (you could also choose to have the Signing after your ceremony - it's up to you).

This way you then have carte blanche with every aspect of your Ceremony and day - from location, to ceremony content, to ceremony title - you're not restricted in any way and having the legality taken care of separately you're then able to express yourselves freely and in any way you please!
